Brick and marble releases produced during freelance texture-artist work for Poliigon.

White brick PBR material produced for Poliigon

Role

Freelance Texture Artist

Client

Poliigon

Output

Commercial PBR material releases

Verified period

October 2018–March 2020

Production requirements

Consistent scale, tiling and outputs.

The brick and marble releases were prepared as commercial library materials rather than single scene assets. That required repeatable preview renders, clean tiling and consistent map delivery across each set.

Library context

A collection has to work beyond one beauty render.

Brick needs a controlled relationship between unit dimensions, bond, mortar, edge condition and surface wear. Marble depends on vein hierarchy, base variation and polished response without visible tiling. Preparing both for a commercial library meant treating naming, outputs and preview consistency as part of the deliverable.
